Holy Spirit Episcopal Church is pleased to introduce The Spirit’s Table, a new Little Free Pantry located near the prayer garden and the entrance to Pentecost Park to the left of the church entrance.
Beginning August 2, 2026, the pantry will be available to anyone in our neighborhood who may need a little extra help. It will be open at all hours with no registration, explanation, or proof of need required. Please take what you need and leave enough for others when you are able.
We also invite neighbors who would like to help stock the pantry.
Useful donations include unopened, unexpired shelf-stable foods such as:
• Canned meats, vegetables, fruits, soups, and beans [no canned goods when the temperature is over 85°, please!]
• Pasta, rice, cereal, and oatmeal
• Peanut butter and other shelf-stable proteins
• Individually packaged snacks
• Baby food and other family essentials
• Toiletries, soap, toothpaste, and menstrual products
Please do not leave expired food, opened packages, homemade food, alcohol, medications, or items that require refrigeration.
At Holy Spirit Episcopal Church, we seek to love Waco well by showing up for our neighbors through meaningful action and sharing God’s generosity with one another. Whether you take what you need, leave what you can, or help spread the word, you have a place in this ministry.
Please use the pantry whenever you need it. It is here for our neighbors, with care and without judgment.
With blessings,
The People of Holy Spirit Episcopal Church
