Dear Holy Spirit Family,

A big, heartfelt thank you to everyone who stayed after church on Sunday to take part in our annual planning interviews and fill out your ministry commitments. Your participation is a gift to our community and a vital part of our shared discernment.

If you weren’t able to complete your ministry commitment form on Sunday, you can bring it with you this coming Sunday and place it in the offering plate. And if you weren’t able to stay for an interview, don’t worry—we’ll be reaching out soon to schedule a time to connect.

This annual planning process is about more than just logistics. It’s how we listen to the Holy Spirit—discovering together the gifts God has already given us, how the Spirit is stirring in your heart, and what we’re being called to do together in the coming year. As we enter the final year of our 2021–2026 five-year plan, your insights help lay the groundwork for the next chapter we’ll begin shaping together next summer.

We believe, as Scripture teaches, in the priesthood of all believers. God is calling each of us into the life of the Spirit and the life of our neighbors—to become and share the Good News of Jesus in Waco and beyond. Thank you for helping us discern that call with hope and joy.
